Mimecast is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team. Your primary mission? Providing top-notch pre-sales technical support to our sales team, reseller partners, and valued customers. You'll also have the chance to dive into key customer engagements and empower our sales force through comprehensive training. What You'll Do

• Provide technical advice to support sales opportunities, engaging with technical contacts to position Mimecast services effectively.

• Collaborate with sales for qualification and sales strategies.

• Support complex solutions, oversee pre-sales proof-of-concepts, and work closely with the Service Delivery team.

What You'll Bring

• Effective communication of technical solutions to business-focused customers.

• Proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable to learning new skills.

• Familiarity with networking, security technologies, and SaaS solutions.

• Experience in consultative selling and indirect sales environment.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
